Job Description:
- single point of contact for customers
- processing of orders and forwarding them to the involved Regional Manager
- material and transport management in all countries in consultation with the Senior Transport Advisors
- interface to the Senior Transport Adviser
- reports to the management board
- collaboration in preparation of the regular Jour Fix in consultation with the respective Regional Managers and Senior Transport Advisors
- contact for all service providers
- supervising organization of all infrastructure at the loading points as well as the maintenance of the databases
- ensuring correct order preparation
- coordinate material deliveries together with the regional managers
- fleet management
About Me:
After I finished my education at a higher technical school with a focus on industrial engineering –
technical management, the decision to go to work was quick an so I joined the BR ICS team.
Since I am a very open-mined and curious person, I am glad that I have the opportunity to meet and work with many new people from different countries.
