Load securing in France

Within 8 days BR ICS loaded and secured 14 trains with military equipment in the French port city “La Rochelle”. “Wagenmeister” of the French state railways "Société nationale des chemins de fer français" (SNCF) checked and approved the military transport.

Due to the successful cooperation with the French “Wagenmeister”, the load securing responsible of BR ICS, the so-called Transport Advisor, received a minted coin from the freight division of the French state railways. Above all, the precise placement of the military equipment on the railway wagon and the professional load securing were praised.

This positive feedback cannot be taken for granted. As mentioned before, BR ICS operated in France for the first time. Accordingly, a functioning infrastructure had to be created out of nowhere. The received feedback shows that BR ICS mastered this challenge. At the same time, the feedback shows that BR ICS offers its service flexibly and competently, all over Europe, regardless of the location.
